John Perricone brings more than 25 years of construction and management experience to the SunGrown Zero (SG0) team.  He has hands on experience in virtually every field of construction labor, including assembly lines, demolition, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, tile and marble, hardwood flooring, painting and sheetrock. Mr. Perricone’s broad understanding of systems, efficiency and operational skill is essential to SG0’s strategic indoor agricultural designs and construction. He has worked in commercial construction as a project superintendent and later in client relations, managing large and small commercial projects.

In 2002, Mr. Perricone moved to the mountains of Southern Humboldt, where he founded a state-of-the-art cannabis farm, complete with year-round cloning operations and a state-of-the-art light deprivation outdoor growing system that is considered the industry standard today.

In 2014, he founded a local chapter of the political action committee California Cannabis Voice Humboldt (CCVH). Mr. Perricone raised over $100,000 to fund the PAC, which organized and ran stakeholder meetings with local law enforcement, lawyers, politicians, environmentalists and building and planning department experts to draft the ordinance that is now used to regulate the legal cannabis industry in Humboldt County.
